How is my personal information processed?
- Paideia Folkhögskola collects your personal data in order to contact you.
- We register your name, social security number and address to ensure that you are you and to report to the Folkbildningrådet, the region (Stockholm's local government) and, if necessary, also to CSN. Paideia Folkhögskola is obliged to do this in order to receive government funding for organizing courses.
- Your application is registered in the Cognito Forms system and then stored locally.
- Authorized staff in the administration handle your data in protected Excel files, in the school system SchoolSoft and in the financial program FortNox.
- In some cases, we share your contact details with third parties such as PostNord (if we send you course materials) and MailChimp (for mailings regarding courses and events).
- Course instructors will have access to relevant information about you, such as your contact details and your previous knowledge. We also share the necessary data with those responsible for access to our premises.
- We will keep your contact details even after your course is over, in order to inform you about events, courses and other opportunities offered by Paideia Folkhögskola. You can inform us at any time that you do not wish to receive further mailings.
