October 7, Two Years On: Regional Shifts and the Israeli–Palestinian Conflict

20 Oct 2025 17:30

This lecture by leading researcher Dr. Irena Kalhousová examines the consequences of the October 7 in 2023 attacks, two years on. The discussion will focus on two main themes: firstly, the regional transformations that have taken place in the Middle East since the attacks; and secondly, how October 7 has reshaped the trajectory of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. By looking beyond immediate reactions, the lecture will explore longer-term political, social, and security implications, as well as their impact on regional stability and international relations.
