Paideia Folkhögskola is a meeting place for learning, thinking and creativity. You are welcome here as you are regardless of background, culture or beliefs. We want to contribute to the open conversation about current issues affecting society, religion and culture.

Through the Jewish profile courses, Paideia Folkhögskola works to strengthen Jewish peer to peer education in Sweden. With a pluralistic approach to the Jewish tradition of ideas, the activities aim to inspire and create a stronger foundation for the further development of Jewish life and culture in Sweden.

Paideia Folkhögskola’s overall goal is to provide a social and cultural education, to strengthen and develop each individual’s personal development and abilities. Our dedicated teachers work actively to create a safe and curious environment for our participants to take advantage of the education provided. The school’s Jewish profile is reflected in the school environment and on certain holidays. The general course does not have a specifically Jewish profile and all religions are studied in the religion subject.

Paideia Folkhögskola is located in beautiful premises in Stockholm’s inner city, which provides good opportunities to take part in everything Stockholm offers in the form of study visits, museums, film, theater and exciting collaborations.
