THE MAKING OF RELIGIOUS PRACTICE: BODY, SPACE AND MATERIAL
During this course, we will learn, talk, move, and create together. In the first half, we will delve deeply into the roles the body, space and material play within religious practices. With a focus on Judaism, we will explore how these elements are engaged within the tradition and evoke our own experiences and memories in relation to it. The second half of the course will include a creative element. Employing the course material, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a short creative process and share and present with one another.
The course is given in English.

The course will take on both a lecture and movement-workshop format.
Participants are recommended to come in comfortable clothing and socks.
